By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Our Services

We provide professional ironing and garment care services. Service availability may vary depending on your location, operational capacity and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service where items present health, safety or operational concerns.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

provide accurate contact information
provide accurate collection and delivery addresses
ensure garments are suitable for ironing
remove valuables from clothing before collection
notify us of delicate fabrics or special care requirements
disclose any existing damage, stains or defects

We are not responsible for items left inside garments.

4. Care Labels

Garments will generally be ironed according to the manufacturer's care instructions.

Where no care label exists, we will use reasonable professional judgement.

5. Existing Damage

We cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from:

existing tears
worn fabrics
loose seams
missing or loose buttons
weak zips
age-related deterioration
incorrect or misleading care labels

6. Collections and Deliveries

Collection and delivery times are estimates.

While we always aim to meet agreed times, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, weather or unforeseen operational circumstances.

If you need to change a booking, please provide as much notice as possible.

7. Missed Collections or Deliveries

If we arrive at the agreed location and no one is available, we may need to rearrange the appointment.

Repeated missed appointments may incur an additional collection charge.

8. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Urgent requests will be accommodated wherever possible.

9. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Any quotation provided before a booking will remain valid only for the period specified.

Additional charges may apply where garments require significantly more work than originally expected.

10. Payment

Payment is due according to the agreed booking terms.

We reserve the right to suspend future bookings where outstanding balances remain unpaid.

11. Cancellations

Customers may cancel or rearrange bookings by contacting us as early as possible.

Where significant preparation or travel has already taken place, we reserve the right to apply a reasonable cancellation fee.

12. Uncollected Garments

Customers should arrange collection or delivery promptly once notified that garments are ready.

Where garments remain unclaimed for an extended period and reasonable attempts to contact the customer have been unsuccessful, we reserve the right to recover reasonable storage costs or otherwise deal with the items in accordance with applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the reasonable value of the service provided unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited under Irish law.
